I am Inés Guerra: enthusiastic, passionate about people, and always eager to grow and work toward the best version of myself.

I studied Law and Business Administration at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE - E3) and had the chance to spend my final year in Melbourne, Australia (RMIT). I dedicated my university years to volunteering while traveling and to entrepreneurship. I spent three summers in Wukro, Ethiopia, volunteering with the White Father Ángel Olaran. I founded a sweatshirt brand (KPIQUA Brand). In my first year of university, together with my best friend from university, I started a bouncy castle and children's entertainment company that came to employ 19 entertainers at the same time while we were in our third year. I also tried the corporate world and interned at companies such as Telefónica in Madrid and Allfunds in London.

When I started working, I joined the business development department of an Australian startup, with whom I had the opportunity to work from Tel Aviv for six months. When I returned to Madrid, I decided the tech world was a great opportunity and joined Ironhack to learn what my developer colleagues knew. After that intense training and experience, I co-founded Tailor Hub with two other partners, where I spent two years building and leading the business development department from scratch. Tailor Hub was sold and is now part of the Modulor Ventures group.

During my time at Ironhack and Tailor Hub, I studied the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession remotely and, since May 2020, I can officially say that I am a lawyer.

In 2021 I started at Mylenio, now part of the American group Improving, where I shaped the Growth department (sales + marketing).

In 2023 I joined VASALTO Tech & Talent, where I run the commercial department, leading both the sales and marketing teams. Over these years I have taken on challenges such as digitizing the entire commercial department of a Spanish SME, reaching the company's highest sales figures (750K ARR - average ticket 23K), organizing corporate events with Borja Vilaseca, Toni Nadal, and Víctor Küppers, migrating the entire CRM to HubSpot, and earning a nomination as the fastest-growing partner in the Factorial ecosystem (a Spanish unicorn), alongside companies such as Telefónica.

In parallel, I have led B2B sales consulting projects independently, helping companies and teams go from 0 to 1 in their commercial processes.

And, of course, not everything is work. I love sports, and I met my boyfriend, now my husband, while running the half marathon in Lisbon. Traveling is my passion, and I always try to make the most of my vacation days to reach a new country. I love cooking, organizing costume parties, and having deep conversations. So much so that, in 2026, I decided psychology would no longer remain my forever-frustrated career path, but would become my third university degree, this time remotely.

So do not hesitate to contact me (inesguerramolina@gmail.com) if I can help you build your sales team, go for a run in the nearest park, or simply if you are looking for someone to have an (Americano) coffee with, because I will be there ;).
